TJP Fall Gathering
Gentlemen, I would like to call our first fall gathering. How does the date(s) of Friday November 2nd and Saturday November 3rd sound? I am trying to get the beach house in Imperial Beach and we could all meet up Friday evening and stay until Saturday evening. For those who couldn't make Friday, we could just have you come on Saturday. I would also like your input regarding what the time should look like, who will facilitate what, basically what's our plan. Post your comments and I will put together what seems to be a consensus plan and we'll go from there.

That weekend should be okay, but you know I have ICF that night so won't be able to be there till Saturday afternoon. I will be gone for a lot of October (away from Kelly) so I would want her to be with me that day too. Are wives included in this, or just the guys? I could sneak away for a couple of hours on Saturday though if I needed to.

i have to move into my new house and out of my current house that weekend. Can we do it the following weekend?
Correction, friday is bad but i can be there saturday
if it's the only weekend we can do it than I will make it work
I am pretty sure I can do all day Saturday... I have a bachelor party that night and I'm not sure when it starts, but I think I should be good. I have to check about something on Friday too... I just wanted to get my input in on Saturday day.
Clarifying the weekend... unfortunately this is the only weekend that will work in November. Wives, although deeply loved, and significantly cherished for all their contributions, will not be a part of TJP. In trying to clarify the purpose of TJP it seemed like that was best for the nature of what TJP is for this season. In addition to this a few of the wives cannot make it and I don't want to make it awkward for anybody. We will begin the weekend on Friday evening (we can all meet in Escondido at say 6pm at and carpool down to Imperial Beach) and cease around 5 pm on Saturday. For those of you who cannot make it to the Friday evening part we will start Saturday Morning at 10am. What We need to do next is figure out for sure who is coming and when, so on your comment post if you are coming and when you will be able to be there. In the next few day I will post on the plan for the weekend and try to dole out responsibilities as far as how we'll divy up the time. We will also need to plan 2 meals, munchies, and drinks. So look for a post outlining this information based on who RSVP's and when they'll be there.
hey guys, i hate doing this, but I can't make it. I remember that the first Saturday of every month I have a meeting with ISI and ICF. Just wanted you guys to know...

Mike if I had $335 I would gladly pay for you to come out, the extra $35 would go toward a pair of blue slip on vans that I destroyed on a crazy hiking excursion on D-bro's graduation.

I'm a coming...i got the two days off work and i am stoked see ya there and sam what ever i need to do i am willing, i can get salad material and some of the dark brew...coffee. i can't wait for this thing i am so pumped.
I revoke my original condition and can gladly say I can now be there Friday night as well as Saturday. Whoo! So yeah, I'm in for the weekend and am definitely looking forward to it.
